退換貨原則

1. 收到商品後，若發現缺誤（如缺頁或製作缺失），可向月樹要求退款或更換商品。

2. 必須在收到商品三天內，電郵至moontreehouse@gmail.com提出退款或更換商品要求。

3. 必須在收到商品七天內，將商品寄回月樹。

4. 寄回商品必須保持原貌，並且必須將原包裝和附件一併寄回。

5. 月樹將在收到退貨後，全額退款或寄出更換商品。退換商品的郵費由月樹承擔。

Return Policy

1. Moontree offer refund or exchange for items which are found to be faulty, eg. missing pages or manufacturing defects, upon arrival.

2. Requests for refund or exchange must be made within three days of receiving the items by emailing moontreehouse@gmail.com.

3. Items must be returned within seven days of receipt.

4. Items must be returned in original condition and with all original packaging and accessories.

5. After receiving the return, Moontree will refund the full amount or send a replacement item. The return postage is borne by Moontree.
